Hitting, pitching, defense, speed and overall game performance, built around your athlete's goals and experience. Coach Jacob takes hitters, infielders, outfielders and base runners. Coach Ljay takes pitchers. Pick the coach, pick the time, pay when you book. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and leave the cleats in the car.

HITTING GROUPS • AGES 8 TO 14
EVERY THURSDAY.6 TO 7 PM.
High-rep hitting drills, swing mechanics, approach and game-like work for baseball and softball players. $30 a session. Capped at 10 players with one coach for every five, so the group fills up. Grab the spot online and it is paid for before you walk in.

Wednesday, November 11, 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Drop-off starts at 8:30. Ages 5 to 14. Hitting mechanics and approach, fielding and footwork, position skills, throwing mechanics, base running, Wiffle ball and competitive games. Bring a bat and glove. No cleats.
THE BUILDING
TWO CAGES.TWO MOUNDS.
Over 4,000 square feet, climate controlled. Two retractable cages at 60 and 50 feet, two bullpen and defensive areas, two pitching mounds, a Hack Attack, tees and balls. Rent the whole building for your team or half of it for a cage session.

Jacob Marcos
Owner and Lead Baseball Instructor
Grew up in Miami and played at Gulliver Prep, then college ball at Barton College, Catawba Valley CC and Gardner-Webb. All-Conference and All-Region at Barton; led his conference in stolen bases at Gardner-Webb in 2022. Bachelor's in Psychology and a master's in Business from Gardner-Webb. Trains youth and high school players in hitting, defense, base running, speed and baseball IQ.
Ljay Newsome
Pitching Instructor, Former MLB Pitcher
Drafted by the Seattle Mariners in the 26th round of the 2015 MLB Draft and debuted in the big leagues in 2020, appearing in 12 games for Seattle. More than 500 minor league innings and over 500 strikeouts. Teaches mechanics, command, velocity development, pitch design and the mental side of pitching.
